Northern Oklahoma Youth Services (NOYS) is a community-based non-profit organization that serves youth and families in northern Oklahoma. Our primary service area is Kay, Noble, & Pawnee Counties.
In the early days our mission was to operate the youth shelter & programs to divert at-risk youth from the juvenile justice system. Over the past 34 years we have evolved into a multi-county program that exists to strengthen families, decrease the occurrence of child abuse & neglect, family violence, teen pregnancy and juvenile delinquency.
Services are provided free of charge. Our current programs include: the youth shelter; community outreach; The First Time Offender delinquency prevention program; family resource project; CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates); parent education; Northern Oklahoma Youth Workforce Investment Act project (NOWIA) & the ARMS mentoring program.
